Kyle is a senior software engineering leader and entrepreneur specializing in building software for early-stage startups.

With over 15 years of experience, Kyle has developed software for multiple bootstrapped startups, including co-founding Donormite, an online fundraising platform that helped nonprofits request specific needs. His career began at Infinite Campus, a Minnesota-based company in the K-12 education space, where he honed his engineering skills before venturing into startups.

Most recently, Kyle served as Director of Engineering at Kipsu, a Minneapolis-based startup, where he spent five years helping scale the engineering team to nearly 40 members. A key achievement was designing and leading three cohorts through the Accelerated Engineering Program, a structured initiative aimed at growing engineering talent.

In addition to his leadership roles, Kyle runs 110 Kilo Tech, a software consulting business, and stays engaged with open-source development and emerging technology trends.
