Kyle Ronning is a senior software engineering leader and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience specializing in building software for early-stage startups. He is currently Cofounder and CTO at Growthstream, where he leads technical strategy and development of a SaaS platform that helps mid-sized manufacturers unlock customer insights and identify growth opportunities. He also runs 110 Kilo Tech LLC, a software consulting business.
Kyle earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Bethel University and began his engineering career at Infinite Campus, a leading provider of K–12 education software. He went on to cofound Donormite, an online fundraising platform that helped nonprofits request and fulfill specific needs. Over the years, he explored and built several startup ideas before joining Kipsu, a Minneapolis-based startup focused on real-time customer engagement. During his five-year tenure at Kipsu, he helped scale the engineering team to nearly 40 members and served as Director of Engineering. One of his key achievements was designing and leading the Accelerated Engineering Program, a structured initiative that developed new engineering talent through hands-on mentorship and cohort-based learning.
Outside of his professional work, Kyle enjoys keeping up with open-source projects and emerging technology trends. A former hockey player and coach of seven years, he now spends his free time golfing.
